This page is designed to point you to the right baking parchment paper to suit your needs. We have two types of baking sheets in two different sizes.

The first type of paper is Quilon coated, bleached baking parchment. This is the standard white baking sheets that you often see used. The other type is our natural baking parchment paper. It is Quilon coated, but not bleached.

Both types of paper offer easy release in most cases and lie flat when used. They’re thinner than the thick paper you’ll find at the supermarket, but are the same commercial paper that you’ll find used by professional bakers. Although they are not designed to be used for tee shirt transfers and other non-baking purposes, the do work well in standard ovens at temperatures up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit for thirty minutes. At that temperature the edges of the paper will brown, but it does not seem to effect the effectiveness of the paper itself. For higher temperatures or very sticky foods we recommend that you use silicon baking paper. Silicon paper is quite a bit more expensive, but it remains more stable at higher temperatures.

Each type of paper comes in two sizes. The half-sheet pan liners measure twelve inches by sixteen inches (12″ x 16″) and are perfect for half-sheet baking pans and most cookie sheets. They fit comfortably inside a standard household oven. The full-sheet pan liners measure twenty-four inches by sixteen inches (24″ x 16″) and are designed for full-sheet pans. They’re generally better suited for commercial size ovens.
